Mr. Vikram Sivaraman is the Assistant Vice President [Business Analysis] whose qualifications include a Master’s degree in Communication Engg, Business and Administration; and working knowledge in Education, IT, Banking and Finance, Hospitality and Telecom domains. He is a trained and working practioner in the Business Analysis. Six+ years of industrial experience having worked in different roles as RF Engg in a leading Telecom MNC (Huawei Telecom), team-member of successful commercial GSM launch projects like Reliance, IDEA and BSNL and Retail Analyst in NZ, Senior Business Consultant for SharePoint (SP) related Projects in Construction & Supply Chain.
M/s. Bharathi is currently the Business Consultant, has about 5 years of experience working with Business Analysts in creating current and future state maps using Microsoft Visio. Has specific work experience in solution design and interaction with clients in process improvement initiatives. This includes customization, partnering with other consultants to assess client implementation needs, craft innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains, and implement these plans to exceed the client’s expectations. Has conducted training sessions on Business Analysis techniques, Requirements Engineering to various colleges in Tamil Nadu and to the professionals working in Corporate Companies. Heading technical projects that coincide with an ERP implementation in Supply Chain, Construction, Manufacturing and Entertainment. Also shouldered responsibilities on sales through inbound lead follow-up. Supported for planning and coordination for various training programs and its activities.
