The Indian Civil Services Examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is considered the mother of all competitive examinations in India. This ten-hour program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding to college students who aspire to appear for Civil Services and other Competitive Examinations. Venkadesh Narayanan, IRAS, a former Indian Civil Servant, who served in the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, designed the program.
